We love having community theater on this end of town finally but this isn't "making it" yet. The acting is forced & unnatural at times. They do move around, timed & In sync but it's all on one plane-they seem to be "earth-bound"-don't get up off the floor-just step or shuffle around. Music & singing-Great!!! Amazing! Excellent.īad storyline-Was there one? Music & songs don't make sense where they are placed. So we attended Quest of the Caveman last night. ![]() Thought we would give them another shot after they had time to figure things out. We attended Pistal Pete when they first opened last year. ![]() The Olio was hilarious as Melanie rollerskated through the audience and Tom Jones did his mingle invasion.Īs Gaslight theater fans for the last 23 years we give a BIGĥ STAR RECOMMENDATION to support the GAP! Get the word out! The show started on time using stage left for an intimate set up of the plot! The cast was talented and thoroughly entertaining as they escorted you through the acts of the show! Song and dance was not disappointing and many laughs were had with the funny dialogues. Later we had the Chocolate Brownie Sundae with three scoops of vanilla ice cream, a wonderful brownie and lots of hot fudge with whipped creme and a cherrie on top! ![]() The Chicken wings were fabulous and The Meatball Sub flavorful. We were seated quickly given that bowl of popcorn and drink and food orders were taken. There is not a bad seat in the house because the GAP has multilevels. ![]() We now have season passes and will continue to come and enjoy the shows! Call for more info!
